Founded in 1988, the Association of Northwestern Women (ANUW), is committed to encouraging and supporting the professional development of all those who self-identify as women in administration at Northwestern University.
The ANUW Mentoring Program involves ANUW members in positive, one-on-one mentoring relationships to aid in their personal and professional development. The program provides an opportunity to network and build deeper partnerships with other Northwestern women.
The ANUW Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) is a highly experiential, six-month program that gives participants the knowledge, skills, and supportive framework to take bold, decisive, and courageous risks now and in the future.
Members receive full access to over 20 exciting events per year. From the Mentorship and Emerging Leaders programs to the ANUW Book Club and conversations with faculty, membership gives you access to networking, skill-building, and social events throughout the year. Members can even take leadership positions on ANUW Committees or the ANUW Executive Board.
